Beginners worked through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of
self defence and the basic of ProKick kickboxing was explained, and all
on the first night. Don’t worry if you couldn’t start last night we have
another class for those looking to get into shape and it kicks off on
Monday 22nd February 8.15pm, so you’ll have no excuse not to get in
shape.
