Final Day - An easy day with some saying it was the easiest day to date - but that was planned that way as Murray thought the guys had all trained hard all week. Just two on the missing list. Overall a very good weeks training, well done all. No Boot Camp this week. We start back on Monday 26th October. If you are interested contact the head office.
Day 5 - Undoubtedly the toughest day yet as the kickboxers were all going full throttle under extreme pressure and HEAT. The gym had its heating on full blast giving the fitness mad ProKickers a taste of training in the heat ( something they’re not used with at Prokick) – some camps train this way and it was a different approach to the Boot Camp, said veteran Masterson.
Yes it was vey very hot in there today, said one of the fighters. We would have been happy to be back out on the roads again after that sweat box.
No one late - two on the missing list.- Saturday is the last day for this week's 'Boot Camp and it all starts at the later time of 7pm
Do you want in on the action for the next 'Bily's Boot Camp' if so then drop us a line to info@prokick.com
Day 4 - No one late but three missing, Gilbert, sorry to say 3 strikes you're out and fided £25 touch base with the HQ. Traning has moved up a notch, running and floor work. Day 3 -Two missing and two late today. Gilbert Yates was missing in action as the former fighter turned up but failed to get out of his car. Mr Yates sent in an email 38 minutes later stating that he was injured. And neice Tasha Yates also was a no show.If any of the members who are attending the Boot Camp find it diificult to run we have numerous bikes at the gym which will help along with the cardio. No excuse now. See you tomorrow Gilbert.
Richard Mullen and Barry Campbell were late and paid the price.Let's see who's on the missing list tomorrow.
Day2, Gilbert Yates was missing from action today 13th Oct. Its not easy to get up in the cold mornings for training when you're sung-as-a-bug and if you hold down a full-time job - these links may help Gilbert and others - Early Morning Training and here is another Early Morning Training Part 2.....enjoy.!
By-the-way Gilbert is the one centre back row.
Day1, Got off to a good start apart from Gilbert being late but he and the team worked hard -
The recruits go through gruelling dark mornings, chilling winds and torrential rain, fighting against sleep deprivation all in the name of keeping fit.
