Some info for the Saturday 12.30 class and the next Boot Camp
New Breed’s first Boot Camp
Hi all, here is some information for our new competitive kickboxing inductees. Saturday class starts at 12.45pm sharp but you must be at the gym for no later than 12.30 for pre-class warm ups. Boot camp is back and is open to all ProKick members. We kick-off Monday 18/4/2011 at exactly 6am so be here, warmed up and ready to go.
