The course kicked off for new beginners tonight at the ProKick HQ in east Belfast and will work through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of self-defence and come up with a diet for those serious about getting in shape. “It’s time to lose those extra pounds and get fit,” said Murray.

New kickboxing Beginners kick off
ProKick Kickboxing Gym in the east Belfast have launched yet another class in the series of ‘Get Fit’ campaigns for 2010 – the six-week course which will help whip beginners into shape and stir some life into those couch potatoes who want to get themselves in shape and ready for the summer. It all started on Thursday the 3rd June at 6pm.
