I 100% Reccomend this class as it not only gives that extra training and fitness but really helps you to understand so many moves, why your taught them and how they actually work when put into use via the sparring class..
Oh and No there is no hard contact at all its more about learning, understanding and putting into practice punches, kicks, combos and block and is so enjoyable…
Everything is avaialble at the Gym and id suggest buying your Gumshield now and getting it to fit well..
Although its too early to see how much you wish to get into the classes id think about your getting your own gloves once your into the first few weeks as theres nothing like putting on your own smelly sweaty gloves rather than someone elses smelly ones..
Sign up quick if your thinking of it as these sparring classes seem to be quite popular..

Is there a new beginners/1st stage sparring class coming up? Wouldn’t mind getting some more information on it if possible.
