New 6 Week Beginner’s Courses for the New Year
Two new six-week beginners course start back to back in the New Year and will get newcomers in shape and stir some life into couch potatoes who will get a little lazy through the festive season and it all kicks off at the start of 2009 – the first at 6pm Monday 5th January (NOW FULLY BOOKED) at the ProKick HQ in east Belfast which will work through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of self defence and come up with a diet for those serious about getting in shape. And the second is Tuesday 20th January 8pm with two time slots to suit, so you’ll have no excuse not to get in shape.

Anyone reading about the beginners course and thinking about it?
Well i say go for it, I myself have been training for just 8 weeks, and i have leanred so much thAt im amazed, not only kickboxing but my fitness has improved amazingly, my self confidence is greater and ive started to make some great new friends.
All i say is dont be put of thinking ‘‘its not for me’‘, trust me it is, anyone can do this, everyone is capable of this, you will be so surprised at what you can acheive..
