Note before starting: this is NOT a fighters class! This is designed for the kickboxing enthusiast who wants to step up another level and have a sparring session with the understanding that it is in a controlled environment and a class for non competitors - start at 8pm - 9.00 pm and will only take place at Prokick HQ, Wilgar Street. ( Competitors stick to fighter classes only)

New Sparring class: for September 10th - A new sparring class for beginning will start next week for the wannabe kickboxers - some of the kickboxers met up to go through the do's and don't s for the class, ahead of next weeks six week intense sparring session
