Mr Carl Emery from Switzerland was in town mid Dec, he was talking with ProKick boss Billy Murray about the 2013 calender. There are some very exiting development for the ProKick team as the Swiss connection continues.....more on this later.

KIDS CORNER:
Class Times over the Festive Season:

We had our annual kid’s Christmas competition on the 22nd December at 10.45am-11.45am. There was trophies to win and medals for all. Santa dropped in too. CLICK HERE.

TODAY 29th DEC - Last kids class before the NEW YEAR:  the last kids class before the bells ring in 2013 - its on Saturday 29th December at 10.45am-11.45am Just one class, our two kids classes have merged into 10.45am. That means all grade start at 10.45am. Times back to normal in 2013.

Kids class returns as normal at 10.45am & 11.30 on Saturday 5th January. Tuesday Class are back from 8th January at 6.15pm.
 
Our next kids Grading for selected belts will be held 9th February 2013.

OPENING TIMES:
We were closed from the 25th - 26th December.
27th Thursday - we had an open class at 6pm for all members - Circuits & Pads
28th Friday - we also had an open class at 6pm for all members - Syllabus & Pads
Closed for adults from 29th - 1st Classes will return as normal Wednesday 2nd at 6pm.
 
Up-coming event - Thanks to all who supported the last KICKmas show we hope that you enjoyed. We plan to stage a Next Generation  show in March so anyone who is wanting to compete should speak to BM and attend fighters class from Wednesday 2nd at 7pm. A full list of events for 2013 will be posted soon
 
Prokick Grading
‘Le Grande Grading’ - For anyone who missed the last grading we plan to have another grading 9th February so check prokick.com for updates.

Want to Fight: then contact Billy Murray at press@prokick.com or talk to him at your classes. The first Fighters and wannabe fighters class will the first class in 2013 on Wednesday Jan 2nd at 7pm.

New Sparring Class
Our new sparring class starts Thursday January 3rd at 7.30pm to enrol or for more details in this, contact reception. (Please note - this class is only open to Prokick members) ProKickers just require a gum shield the rest of the equipment we have. THIS IS NOT FOR FIGHTERS

Final Class For Monday 8.15pm Course
Note; For all those who were in the 8.15pm Monday night beginners class which started on 19/11/2012. Please be advised this course has still one more week, your last class will be Monday 7th January at the normal time of 8.15pm. We will inform you then what happens next, if you would like to continue with us to the next level.

New Beginners Class

Membership 2013
Membership will be due by end of January.
Membership fees are vital for the maintenance of the gym and equipment. Therefore it is important that everyone pays it. Remember to bring your license in to get   it updated. Also bear in mind that membership forms need to be filled in as it is important for us to have a contact number for you in the event of merged or cancelled  classes.
