'Boogaloo & Graham' and the Movie 'Punch' both screened at the ProKick gym last Friday the 10th October 2014.
NIMHAFF at ProKick
It was a first for Northern Irish Film goers as ProKick in conjunction with NIMHAFF screened the premiere of the hit short Film 'BOOGALOO & GRAHAM' and if that wasn't enough Cinemigic kindly showed the Movie 'Punch' for a second time. It kicked off last Friday (10th October) in ProKick Gym. Cinema lovers got the chance to see two great ShortFilms, and for FREE as part of the NI Mental Health Arts & Film Festival.
"PUNCH" tells the story of a young girl finding a release from her anger and frustration through boxing, Taken under the wing of boxing coach Duffy, and given a glimpse of a life away from juvenile delinquency, the main character Trisha begins to gain self-respect and a different outlook on life through a love for sport.

"BOOGALOO & GRAHAM" was funded by BFI and Northern Ireland Screen. The short film is about the importance of family life and is set against the backdrop of a troubled political climate.

Michael Lennox attended the National Film and Television School in England. He directed the shorts Rip and the Preacher (08), Dinner Party(10), Absence (11), Nine Lives (12), The Back of Beyond (12), and Boogaloo & Graham (14).
