The ProKick team have had a busy year in 2011, competing in many different countrie across the globe from Scotland to Switzerland. Irish boxing promoter from Kilkenny Diarmaid O'Sullivan, a former kickboxer and long time friend of ProKick head coach Billy Murray, recently extended an invitation to the ProKick team to come down to Kilkenny and compete in a conventional boxing rules event and the ProKick squad jumped at the chance.
Paul Douglas, a former Olympic and Commonwealth boxer from Belfast is no stranger to the ProKick family and was more than happy to come down to ProKick HQ this evening to watch the guys and girls spar and offer some pointers on their boxing skills.

Olympian Boxer Paul Douglas Visits ProKick
Former Olympian and Commonwealth championships boxer Paul Douglas from Belfast paid a visit to ProKick HQ this evening to offer his advice and pass on some tips to the team as they prepare for a white collar boxing event in Kilkenny in December. So far 16 ProKick fighters have put their names forward for the conventional boxing rules event and Douglas was made to feel very welcome as he shared his knowledge and experience in the ring.
