The Italian chef moved to Belfast after completing a spell of duty in his home countries national service and took a job in a friend’s restaurant. It was there that Michael found the love of his life, Sharon.
25 years on and four beautiful children later Carla-Rosaria (16) Michael (12) Lucia (9) and the youngest Luigi (4), dad Michael felt that the Pizza’s and Bolognese had taken their toll and decided it was time for a healthier and more basic diet, alongside a straight forward exercise plan.
A friend introduced him to ProKick and the new Yellow belt hasn’t looked back, having shed 3 stone by keeping to the kickboxing fighter’s diet plan from ProKick.com “I feel so alive and I’m very keen to move up the kickboxing ladder and keep improving my overall fitness.
"My kids are so happy and proud of their dad for taking up kickboxing and for getting fit. And now they have told me that they want to also join Prokick.”
