This exercise is geared to be as close to a fight as possible – medical staff put all participants through a Pre-Fight medical and sat ringside for the whole session. All wannabe fighters had a three round Bout/Spar with no winner declared. Matches were made by weight and experience.

Preparing not to Fail in the Ring
ProKick Kickboxing up-n-coming fighters for The Celts Vs The Vikings event had their final HARD sparring session last night - they were all challenged in the ring for the duration of their up-n-coming matches scheduled for the 12th September bill at the Holiday Inn Belfast. Each fighter fought a fresh man at the start of every round for an intensive and final push in preparing for match fitness. Medics were on hand to ensure safety around the ringside and thankfully they weren't needed.
