The group decided to come to Prokick to encourage fitness in the group and to find out more about the exciting sport of Kickboxing and add a session at the kickboxing gym into every 3 month course.
The group then discuss the gyms ethos of Truth, Discipline and Respect as part of their course work. The UK charity helps young people overcome barriers and get their lives working. Through practical support including training, mentoring and financial assistance they help 14-30 year olds realise their potential and transform their lives.

Princes Trust Kick-it
The east Belfast team from Princes Trust paid another visit to the Prokick gym today Tuesday 22 September. They have joined the many Princes Trust group who have been in and out of the east Belfast Gym, for five years bringing students from all over Northern Ireland as part of their course. The Princes Trust run separate groups in January, April and September each year.
