Lindsay was sparring and felt a bit of pain down his side. The inside word its not too bad and that it was an old injury that just flared.
A doctor said that it should be healed up completely inside four weeks, so with a bit of rest the smart money says he will be 100 % and ready again.

Well yep ricky i totally understand and agree, im meaning a type of injury that if not rested will continue to become worse, which for a fighter is not a good thing.

yep i know this only too well, if you get injured you need to let it fix itself, dont try to keep going, unless of course your in the middle of a fight.
Get any injury sorted so you can fight another day. Im sure Martin was as annoyed as was gary hamiltons opponent Marty Cox on december 1st at the kickmas event when he went over his ankle in the warm-up and was forced by doctors to sit the bout out.
nothing else to do, but that fight has still to happen also, so plenty to look forward to in many styles of the sport.
