Up-coming event - yes it’s that time again – Don't foget to secure your ticket for the last event of the year - The Next Generation Show featuring 1st and 2nd timers kicks off at the Holiday Inn hotel Belfast on December 6th. Also on the card 3 experienced fighters, Mark Bird for European glory, Stuart Jess, now in non title action, and the BFG (Big Friendly Giant) James Gillen will show his not so friendly side against a Corsican.

Prokick Grading
‘Le Grande Grading’ will be Sunday 20th December to secure a place please inform your instructor or inform Brooke, Lisa or Fran at reception or by emailing info@prokick.com Kids start 1.30pm - Adults 2.45pm starts 3pm sharpe – please do not just turn up – you must submit your name and your instructor must give you permission to attend.Open to all levels who have done the time required.

New Beginners Class
Our next New Beginner’s Class starts Tuesday 5th January at 8.30pm. If you can't think what to buy a friend or loved one this year for a stocking filler why not  buy them an Xmas present like no other, to whip them into shape - click here for more details of our6 week beginners class.

New Sparring Cass
Our new sparring class starts Wednesday 6th January at 6pm to enrol or for more details in this, contact reception. Limited spaces! (Please note - this class is only open to Prokick members) ProKickers just require a gum shield the rest of the equipment we have. If you prefer to buy your own equipment, we supply everything you need.
Level 2 Sparring course kicks off on Wednesday 9th December at 8pm, registration opens tonight (Wednesday 2nd)

Holiday Class Times:

Monday 21st December 7pm - One Adults class all levels

Tuesday 22nd December is the last class before Xmas:
6.15pm Kids class all levels. (there will be no 5.30pm class) - Kids competition see Kids corner below for details
7pm  Adults class all levels.(All Tuesday adult classes tonight are merged into the 7pm this week and next week only)

Wednesday 23rd December 7pm -
Level 2 sparring is on this Wednesday 23rd Dec at the earlier time of 7pm Those who have competed once may join in on the 7pm sparring class. This remains until the first Wednesday back on January 6th when classes are back to normal. However alway check here at ProKick.com for up-dates

The gym is closed on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th of Dec

Opening times over the Festive period:
Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th - Adults, all levels at 7pm (1 class only per night all welcome)

Wednesday 30th will see the final class of the 6 week Beginners course at 6pm.
7pm - Level 2 sparring course continues, first time fighters are welcome.

We will close again on Thursday 31st and Friday 1st Jan.
All classes starting back to normal from Saturday 2nd Jan 2009

Kid Corner
Tuesday 22nd December 6pm - its ProKick Kids Big Competition day - The end of year Finale - Santa has dropped hints that he may appear.
Kids classes return as normal on Saturday 2nd January
