22 new wannabe competitive kickboxers (confirmed names listed below) made the first step towards getting in the ring, not by sparring but by attending a talk given by head coach Billy Murray last week about what will be expected from each and every one of them should they decide to become a ProKick fighter.

Mr Murray has been involved in martial Arts for over 35 years and 20 of them under the banner at ProKick - the ProKick brand has produced professional and amateur champions from all walks of life at all levels and each one of those champions all had to start at the beginning just like the group that turned up for the meeting.

To become a fighter, it means turning up the notch in your training that extra few levels and out of the 22 that turned up, it will be interesting to see just how many will finish the course.

For more news on the group's progress, or how you can be part of the ProKick 'Fight Club' programme, email us in your details before the class commences or speak to Mr Murray at your next class.

ProKick 'Fight Club' CONFIRMED Sign-Ups are: Gareth Anderson, Adam Sims, Jonny Wightman, Darren Pope, Gareth Anderson, Lewis Herd, Aaron Anderson, Steven Forde, Aaron Gibson, Lee Morrison, Jamie McCusker, Jason MaCauley, Gareth MaCauley, Bailie McClinton, David Malcolm, Amy-Lee Tonner and Paul Curry.

The team will now all enter training for the June 10th fight show where they will appear alongside some of their more experienced ProKick team mates.
