ProKick will now be adding extra fitness style boosters for those who want to do 'that' little bit more. Starting from next Saturday 6th August from 2pm, there will be optional running/jogging courses open to all ProKick members and will be taking place every week after the Adult's Saturday pads class.
There will be a 3 run taking approximately 30mins to complete the full stage - for those just starting to jog there will be a 1 and 2 mile opt-out just for the members who are running for the first time, it is about building up their fitness slowly. And don't worry for you experienced runners there will be a surprise to store for you all.
The course is absolutely free of charge and is completely optional, you do not have to attend. It is also open to all ProKick members from beginners to black belts. Attention all ProKick members we have a running class starting tomorrow Saturday the 6th August at 2pm just for that extra boost for fitness - many people join ProKick just to boost their fitness and self confidence. For this reason, and just for you, our valued members we have added an extra spot of training and it's absolutely Free-Of-Charge - it's designed for our new beginners classes that have just started with ProKick and at present just train one night a week, we now feel that we could push you fitness wannabe fanatics a little bit further.
