Please join in with #LordsOfTheRing team Boot Camp tomorrow at 6am - help Cathy McAleer bring the hardened fighters to their knees as they become cold shivering wrecks. All at 6am in the morning by the SEA!
ProKick members and friends please be at Hollywood Sea Park at 6am and join in the Boot Camp (Not The ice bucket challenge...) , just give a couple of quid=£'s to a good cause. You can also witness the team completing the ice bucket challenge...with a difference of course.
