Adults Grading starts at 3pm
Doors open for registration at 2.30pm
Do not be late ot you won't grade.
Make sure you arrive with enough time to warm up.
Bring your licence
If you are grading for the first time bring two passport sized photographs with your name printed on the back along with the fee of £20 which will cover your licence, belt certificate and grading.
An extra practice session is available for all levels from Advance Beginners up to Orange going to Green can be had this Friday the 27th April at 6pm
A grading is when Kickboxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing. This type of achievement would take, on average, between six and eight years with a training regime of on average of three to four times a week.
The ProKick Kid's grading take place on May 13th at of 2.30pm.

well done to everybody in the grading today think we all passed, was real nervous but done it, good feelin.
