Ok lets see, before i called i would say i was weighing on average 13.8 stone, unhealthy and loved my fast food junk.. Now im averaging 12.05 - 12.2 stone hows that for results and it took nothing more than a healthy diet change and prokick, and no im not on a rabbits diet either, I enjoy my steaks as much as everyone else...

Mentally, well im so much more confident in myself, im more outgoing and after joining prokick and making many new friends you begin to realise your part of something special. I believe in myself so much more now after what I have achieved over 1 year and i can honestly put my hand on my heart and say You will change for the better and get that feeling of total self satisfaction too.

Every New Prokick Beginners class fills up quickly and us being human, we always seem to leave these things to the last minute, Well on this Subject..Don:t otherwise you will lose out.

I took it a step further which i never ever imagined i would ever do in my lifetime, but i did and i'm still buzzing from it. I fought on the Next Generation event, And WON.. Me! a beginner who knew nothing, i couldn't even punch straight a year ago...

Give it a go You will be glad you did..
