Halloween - ProKick will not be closed for Hallowe'en and classes run as normal on Saturday the 30th October.

Advanced Beginners (Or Refresher for old members wishing to return) begins on Monday November 1st  at 8.15pm

New Beginners Class

New Sparring Cass
Our new sparring class starts on Wednesday 10th November - to enrol or for more details in this, contact reception. Limited spaces! (Please note - this class is only open to Prokick members) ProKickers just require a gum shield the rest of the equipment we have. If you prefer to buy your own equipment, we supply everything you need.

Prokick Grading  -
Yellow and Orange Belt only will take place on Tuesday November 23rd for those who have completed their advanced beginners courses. Starts 8.30pm PLease arrive at 8pm for registration and warm up.

‘Le Grande Grading’
For all senior levels will be Sunday 19th December - to secure a place please inform your instructor or inform Brooke or Fran at reception or by emailing info@prokick.com two weeks in advance so that we can check that you are eligble to grade.

Tuesday 21st is the ProKick kids last class of 2010 - lets hope we can get Santa to visit, even though he has a busy schedule.
kids classes will return in the New Year Tuesday 4th January 2011

All classes Monday 20th through to Thursday 23rd December are merged to 7pm we have an open class for adults all levels at 7pm each night.
Thursday is the last class before Xmas - Adults all levels

The Gym is closed 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th December

Tuesday 28th, Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th we have an open class for adults all levels at 7pm each night.

 

We will close again on Friday 31st and Saturday 1st Jan 2011.
All classes starting back to normal from Monday 3rd Jan 2011

Kid Corner

Tuesday 21st  December 6pm - its ProKick Kids Big Competition day - The end of year Finale - Santa has dropped hints that he may appear.

NEW REFRESHERS COURSE's Anyone wishing to return to the gym after a layoff do not need to start from scratch.
