So Far In 2011…

The sport of Kickboxing has been growing massively lately, not just in Northern Ireland but all over the world and the surge of enquiries into the gym here at ProKick on a daily basis has made it difficult to reply in person to everyone who writes in to us. We try our best to reply to all enquiries but the sheer volume of mail we receive makes it very difficult to do so. Therefore we have decided to put some of those answers in our new ProKick mail-outs. Thanks so much for everyone who has written, e-mailed or called in so far and we hope that we have answered any and all questions you may have.

Starting off with the main question on everyone’s lips…Beginner’s Classes

Our next six week Beginner’s Course starts Thursday 7th July at 7.30pm, spaces are limited so if you want to take part in one of the world's fastest growing sports, book here now.

We have had a staggering 10 brand new Beginner’s Classes since the start of the new year and all ten have been a raging success and at full capacity within weeks of first being advertised.

For all of our members who have passed their beginner’s course, you can now move into the Advanced Beginner’s Class on Thursday at 6pm and/or Tuesday at 7.45pm. Find all our updated class times here

NEW REFRESHERS COURSE's - Anyone wishing to return to the gym after a layoff do not need to start from scratch. They can join ProKick's Advanced Beginner's classes for a quick refresher before they are placed back into their appropiate class. Simply call the gym on (028) 9065 1074 or drop us a line.

It's been a busy month for the ProKick fight stable with fights happening everywhere from Dublin, Glasgow, Geneva,  not forgetting the sold-out 'New Breed' event here in Belfast and the team are showing no signs of stopping just yet. 

June also saw the launch of the new ProKick Media Centre. No longer should the kickboxing spectacles that you see from ProKick be a distant memory, as we have now IN STOCK a wide selection of event DVD's available. Our laters ProKick event is on sale here NOW!

A note for our members: ProKick will be closed on the 11th-13th July and there is only one merged class on the 14th and 15th (check the class timetable)


ProKick Kids Korner

It hasn't just been a busy month for ProKick's senior members and 3 of them even took part in a kickboxing demonstration at our 'New Bree' event at the Hilton Hotel on Sunday 26th June.

There is a PRoKick Kid's Fun-Day taking place on 9th July at 11am, prizes and medals for all taking part.

Please note that there is no clases on Saturday 9th July, just the merged Fun Day for all levels starting at 11am sharp.
