The advanced class were out in force for a night focused on sparring, competition and FUN. It was a light contact sparring evening at the ProKick Gym in Belfast with head instructor Billy Murray over-seening the hour-long sparathon along with Black Belts Rocky Desi and Colin Malcom.
There were three winners who emerged - but only one top place and that was Stephanie McMullen who punched and kicked her way to take the No.1 spot over the whole class.
