Tonight at the ProKick HQ in east Belfast the new starts worked through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of self-defence all mixed in to the sport of kickboxing. We will also come up with a diet for those serious about getting in shape.
ProKick Gym in east Belfast have launched another class in the series of ‘Get Fit’ campaigns for 2013 – the six-week course will help whip beginners into shape and stir some life into those couch potatoes who want to get themselves in shape and ready for the summer - and it all started tonight Monday 18th March at 8.15pm.
