The Boot Camp is no easy task
Rebooted 6am
And it all started this morning (Wednesday)at 6am - It's no easy task getting up at 5am - however this is the type of thing you need to do if you want to be a champion. It's as simple as this 'Fail to Prepare - Prepare to Fail'. All Fighters note - there will be no boot camp Thursday morning, as the classes will be tough tonight. The boot camp resumes on Friday at 6am and Saturday at 7am.
All fighters on the August 16th bill must be at the gym on Friday for 6am ready to go.
Boot Camp is free, though if you miss your class after attending the boot camp there will be a £10 penalty incurred. This is additional training and is not intended as a substitute for your normal classes.

Well Saturday morning was another fast paced heart pumping boot camp, 6 laps of the gym and then inside for some hard pad work..
i had to leave early as i have work, but this did not get me off the hook, Mr Murray took me into the ring and boom..Jab, 2,double,4,6…i was exhausted..lol
i have started to really undestand the use of the shoulder in the punch now, especially after Mr Murray corrects it and with the threat of more laps if i got it wrong, well, i got it right, no more mistakes…and im getting there..
The whole classes fitness and stamina seems to be getting better, everyone knows this is for a reason, a good reason..to get us fighting fit..
But do you know something, although its tiring, i can really feel the benifit of this, honestly this boot camp style training really does place the body into another leval..
you should try it out next week..
Now back to my Melon and coffee..and of course my customers money…thankyou very much..

Boot Camp: Friday
YAWN…5.30 am and theres me running around the prokick gym, then there we were 6:15am carrying each other up the hill, struggling to grapple on and hold your partner..
Then it was back to the gym for some quick punching and pad work, then back out on the road, and running around the gym…
You can see people looking at us as they drive to work in their comfy cars and yawning, they look at us as though we are not wise..lol
but although hard and exhaustive we are there for a reason, and we are becoming fitter, faster and healthier..
And do you know something….....ive never felt healthier or more alive..
Now im home, im showered and the dogs are going mad again, im eating my healthy fruit salad with natural yogurt, yeah yeah i know it all sounds pompous and like the healthy 1980’s fad, but it does work…
Now im going to work, and sit, and wait…
FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD TO WAKE UP..

yeah paul it can be hard getting back into it after a holiday…not for me though, seeing as i cant afford one..lol
Chris its on almost alternate days at present, but as from Monday it will be on Every morning…oh nooooo
But it will make all the difference for the fight, however its not just for fighters, its for all prokickers as an additional fitness class and i reccomend you give it a go..thats to everyone by the way who are wishing for that little bit extra.
did i mention Its free..but please remember this is not instead of your normal class, whats the point in that…
So to deter this a fair fineing system is in place, if you attend this boot camp and then fail to attend your normal class that evening you will be fined £10..
Seems very fair to me as Mr Murray and Mr Masterson are there with us every step..keeping us focused and making sure we get the full benifits out of this boot camp..
picture it: early morning, half tired, yawning, bed wishing, hair all over the place, reluctant to get out of the car.
Well its like that when everyone first arrives, but i can assure you, after a few minutes your WIDE AWAKE…
See you all there…

What a way to start your day - 5.30am start of with 4 laps of the gym, then its 50 minutes of non stop fitness inside the prokick gym..
Home, shower, walk dogs,
early for work (2 hours early) but im sitting here eating a fresh fruit salad of pink and yellow grapefruit, apples and melon, reading the paper…
I’ve opened the doors but no customers, even fishermen are still in bed..
However, although tired, im here, im training and getting ready for the fight..
Have you got your tickets yet…
they’re going fast, not many left im told…
