Fury has previously commented that he would relish the chance to enter the ring against "Big Marty" in Belfast's famous King's Hall and Rogie would be more than hapy to make the fight. Rogan was seen by spectators urging Fury (his would be opponent) on from ringside during the closing rounds of his British title fight.
Was he only eager for Fury to win just to seal a possible Belfast clash in the near future or was it sheer sportsmanship? We think it's probably safe to say it was a little of both, with a slight lean towards the former.
When asked why he was being as verbal as he was, he commented "Tyson was leaving his hands down in the latter rounds and at that stage, Chisora is still very dangerous. In heavyweight boxing it just takes one shot." He went on to add "I think Mick Hennessy knows I can fill the Odyssey. I have the fans from the whole community who have supported me, going to London and Birmingham. It's a great opportunity."
Rogan is currently scheduled to face Bulgarian Kubrat Pulev on 22nd October in Germany but there are talks that an Autumn clash with Tyson Fury could change his plans slightly. Speculation, of course but there are many out there who would like to see the match happen. Including both Fury and Rogan.
