Sam Harris - Get Well Soon
Sam's our Man - Belfast's Sam Harris is one of ProKick's long-standing members who has been in and out of the Gym from the 1990's - the ProKick up-n-coming Artist has been in hospital for nearly two weeks. The good news is that our Man Sam is doing well after responding to treatment.... And the words is he can't wait to get back to the gym to start getting his fitness back.

Hi Sam - so sorry to hear you’re in hospital, hopefully it won’t be for long. Can’t believe Billy went to visit you and didn’t even bring a grape.!!!! Next time he goes to see you I’ll be in charge of supplies…
