The young Lisburn man who never wonders out of the gym decided in his wisdom to sneak to the shop whilst his students where registering for the grading.
Ambulances arrived on the scene within minutes and assessed young Shane before rushing him to the Royal hospital for sick children.
Shane has a serious leg injury with broken bones and had an emergency operation.
He is doing well and will remain in hospital for a couple of days.
I'd like to thank everyone for the patience today at the grading.
