Low kick, high kick, spinning kick to knee strikes, over three hours of sparring in one night from over 50 kickboxers from 3 classes all had their chance to climb into the ring. Some done 5 rounds whilst others only done 2 rounds.
Congratulations to all the Level 1 and 3 for completion of their 6 weeks course.
Level 1 will now move to level 2 low leg kick style, starting 6pm next week. You can sign up for the course online tomorrow or by purchasing at ProKick reception.
Level 3 can now move into the 7pm class (only the ones that finished the course tonight - those who didn't manage the final night can enrol with level 2 for the 6pm class.) But don't worry this class is separate from the fighters section and you will not be sparring with the fighters for now. Alternatively you can repeat the level 2 & 3 course, however it is to your advantage to move on.
A new sparring class for beginners Level will commence on June 10, names must be submitted 2 weeks in advance.
Pictures from the sparring evening will follow soon.
