Body building champion Martin Spence called into the ProKick gym last night in between two sparring classes to give a quick chat on nutrition and the importance of supplementation for the athlete. He opened up the floor to offer questions on supplementation, on the advantageous for athletes. Over 40 listened to the bodybuilding champion with interest.
