Weigh-ins and Fight Venue Holiday Inn Belfast, doors open 3pm first bout kicks off 3.30pm:
The young Swiss team were straight off the plane, weighed-in, fed and off to bed, but first; Davy Foster (Ballynahinch, NI) tipped the scales at 68.2kg and the smaller but wider swiss fighter came in heavy, Anthony Riggio (Team Kongolo Switzerland) came in at 69.6kg. Slightly heavy for the agreed match weight
When two un-beaten fighters meet regardless of style or weight it certainly has the ingredient for something special. That's what we have here - a WKN International match under Low-kick kickboxing rules over 4x2 rounds with un-beaten fighters Samantha Robb (Tyrella, Co.Down, NI) and Capucine Bolvin from Team Kongolo Switzerland.
At the weigh-in last night (Saturday 29th June) Samantha came in at the agreed fight weight of 67kg with Capucine coming in lighter at 65.5kg This bout has all the makings of a possible fight of the night.
