Summer Kicks INFORMATION:

All fighters must have a doctor’s line from their own GP stating that you are fit to fight in a full-contact sport, unless prior arranged – and if not we can arrange this on the day.

All fighters under the age of 18 must also have a signed consent note from your parent/guardian permitting you to compete. 
All fighters must have a WKN or other licence and their insurance up to date. 

Equipment: Please ensure that you bring the following equipment with you on the day of the event, if applicable: Groin guard -Gum shield – Headgear - Shin guards - Kick boots - or all in one shin and boot.
Gloves will be supplied on the day to ensure that both competitors wear the same size and make.
 If you have any problems obtaining any of the above, please let us know now rather than on the day of the event.

Times for event:-  Sunday 30th June - Rules meeting and weigh-in will take place at 12.30pm in the Holiday Inn Hotel please be there for 12.15am.

All ProKick Kids taking part in light contact matches please arrive at 1pm.  With only one parent or family member please.

All ProKick Team to arrive in ProKick Tracksuit or hoody and black Bottoms.

Lunch, 1-1.30pm food for competitors and coaches only.

 All fighters to be in their changing room at 2pm ready for medical staff can go through pre-fight medical.

Doors open to the public at 3pm 
First bout 3.30pm The show should be over by 6pm.

There is buffet and after party at the host hotel after the event for fighters, trainers and ProKick staff ONLY.
