This was only the second time I have been to a kick boxing event. First time was watching Billy in the Kings Hall many years ago…
Main reason for going was to support Cathy and did she put up a show. From start to finish she dominated her opponent. Congrats on the win and keep up the good work you do Holywood Karate Club

What a fantastic night proving that dedication from the fighters and the training and direction from Billy Murray can indeed create champions.. Of course Cathy is a force to be reckoned with and the performance from her on the night was nothing short of pure skill and stamina at its best.. A thoroughly enjoyable evening and very proud of everyone..

An absolutely fantastic event. Some really impressive debuts, amazing bouts and culminating in an exceptional main event giving us a fantastic new European Champion in Cathy McAleer. It really was one of the most enjoyable nights. Great performances from everyone to a very grateful and happy crowd.

What an afternoon! In the words of dickens, “it was the best of times, it was the worst of times”....but all negatives can be turned into positives. And what positives there were indeed!!! It is fantastic to see individuals fulfil their dreams, some of whom who had suffered disappointments in the past. For those who did not achieve what they had hoped, remember that this is only one step in life’s journey…. See you all at training! You are all winners and should be proud.

Hi
Great days Kick Boxing from Team Pro Kick, the Fight Card had a bit of everything, drama and excitement in equal measure, we even had Gary Gillespie reading out the bands for Darren and Rowena, marriage taking place in 3 months, that had to be a first, we had Tim and Ruth making their debuts, a couple of knock outs, then 3 World Champions taking to the ring , all of whom were involved in great fights against talented opponents. It was the perfect build up to Cathys’ European Title Fight.
Cathy came into the ring to tremendous support, the noise level was terrific, everyone in the hall on their feet cheering and applauding her . the bell went and for the next 4 rounds we were treated to a demonstration of World Class Kick Boxing from Cathy , she was fantastic, her opponent Stephanie Aubertin , ( a current World Champion ) was taken to School, an incredible performance and the result was never in any doubt even if we could hardly hear it such was the noise at the end as Cathys’ supporters went into Celebration mode , so a fantastic ending to great days Kick Boxing and Pro Kick Gym now has a new European Champion.
Thanks to all the visiting fighters , their coaches and to the Referees , Medical Staff and WKN officials without whom the Event could not have taken place, safe journey home.
Congratulations to Cathy, Mr. Murray and all at Team Pro Kick for a great performance, Special big Congrats and Best Wishes for the future to Rowena and Darren.
Regards.
