Fantastic news for ProKick fighter Stuart Jess and wife Heidi
Triumph For Jess Family
Relief and celebrations today for Stuart Jess and partner Heidi as the allegations surrounding the tragic loss of their 3 month old Son Callum have finally come to a close. Stuart Jess was cleared of causing the death of his two-month-old baby son three years ago at Downpatrick Crown Court.Over three years ago the couple lost their 3 month old son Callum in a tragic incident which the coroner reported as 'Cot Death Syndrome'. Hard enough as this was to bear, some months later accusations followed surrounding the circumstances of the incident. Today at the Crown Court Stuart Jess was handed down a NOT GUILTY on each of the charges that were brought against and the case was dismissed.
Speaking afterwards at Downpatrick Crown Court, Mr Jess, a father of three, along with his partner Heidi McCormick, said that they "can properly grieve for our son now".
This has been a difficult time for the whole Jess family as I'm sure they felt they were under a cloud of suspicion. Well done for sticking together as the truth prevails and the doubters are silenced and put to shame.
We don't think anyone out there would object to you both seeking further solicitors advice to seek a retraction for the irreputable damage that has been done to your character and against your family.
Everyone at ProKick had faith in you. Stay strong until its finally put to
rest. Leave the accusations where they should be and we now hope you can
both move on from this and start to rebuild your lives.
