One well prepared camper was Johnny Wightman, who looked as if he was doing a marathon or the Paris Dakar race. He had water bottles strapped around his body, liquid food pouches, a gps navigator and deep heat patches. oh yeah and not forgetting... a mobile phone in case his sat nav failed and he got lost (or needed a lift home).

Well it all went drastically wrong for Johnny as just one mile into the holiday inn race (across the world) the pace got too much, but Rocki Desi was on hand to save the day in a four by four and picked the young enthusiastic sportsman up.

But Johnny got his second wind when he got to the Holiday Inn and he took off like a rocket. Then came the Holywood Arches and everything went pear shaped, there was that much noise from him that he probably woke up the neighbours in the local area.

After vomiting a few times, the plucky kickboxer made it back to base, didn't even say cheerio and left for work, (we hope).

Well done to our super fast group, Adam Peel was first back, well done.

Boot Camp returns next week. Lets hope there are more than 7 there.

In future guys if you say you are turning up for a run, make sure you do just that.
