We will all travel to Waterford on Sunday morning , attend the event starting around 3pm-ish and then head back home right after the event - hopefully home for about 10.30pm.

 

There is no 7pm fighters class tonight 14th April - All fighters who took part in Sunday's event please attend the post event meeting. The meeting will just last 30 mins appox. Starts at 7.15am - Sparring back on this Saturday.
