Team mate Darren McMullan show why he is in line for a WKN world title after he won over the French champion Mimoun ZAHAFI. Darren McMullan won a Katana which is a samurai sword, he was awarded the sword just before the main event, for one of the best fighters of the night.

PARIS FRANCE Belfast's karate queen came up short after a gallant effort in her quest to become a two-time world Martial Arts Champion. Belfast's Cathy McAleer lost on a narrow points decision to the current champion Fadma BASRIR over 4 x 2 min rounds under K1 style rules of kickboxing.
