If you are a ProKick Kickboxing Advanced beginner and have recently finished a six weeks course, then you are entitled to attempt to move up to the next level and try for 'yellow belt' which is the first level on the ProKick kickboxing ladder of excellence. Any adults who have finished the 'ProKick' advanced beginners courses are now eligible to try for 'yellow belt' grade which is set for Wednesday 30th April at 6.30pm. NOTE: Extra training for your grade is Friday at 6.30pm along with the Yellow and Orange belt class.
