The Bank Holiday weekend kicks off on Sunday at 9pm with a dance off between Jumping Joe himself and world kickboxing champion Gary Hamilton and European champion Ian Young. The benefit night is to mark the launch of the biggest ever kickboxing event in Ireland with a night of tunes on August 24. Entry is the same price as Prokick Class £4 The Fever continues on Monday with Mr Perfect Ernesto Hoost and the launch of the December show in Belfast at 1.30pm on Monday the 25th and later that night the K1 Legend will then teach his style of kickboxing at the Prokick Gym.</p> <p><a href="https://prokickarchive.com/news/article/bank_holiday_weekend_fever">View this article</a></p>
