As over night 10 campers phoned in sick. The Camp continued with a lighter than usual approach - light shadow-boxing, boxing drills and pad work in the easiest BootCamp EVER! After the Titanic car-pull on a wet and cold Wednesday morning at Belfast H&W shipyard, Billy Murray was taking no chances on rest of the squad have a sick and poor weekend.
