Here’s the first of the New Year newcomers looking to stir some life into themselves who got a little lazy through the festive season and are wanting reenergised in 2016. The new fitness course kickboxing style all kicks off Monday the 4th January 2016 – the first new class for beginners worked through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of self defence. Don’t worry if you couldn’t start last night we have another class for those looking to get into shape and it kicks off on Tuesday 19th January at 7.45pm, so you’ll have no excuse not to get in shape.
