<p><img src="https://prokickarchive.com/uploaded/general/prokickLogo.gif" /></p> <p>Young Northern Irish kickboxing talented were out in force in Belfast No.1 centre of kicking high Kids - the ProKick gym in Belfast. Children aged between as young as 6 to 12 years of age all took part in another monthly fun day that tests their skills and development in the martial art. The monthly competition has become an important part of the ProKick calendar. The ProKick gym’s young students, take part in the fun day which is called ‘Prokick Says’, and is based on the old playground game ‘Simple Simon Says’ along with other fitness and exercise type tests.</p> <p><a href="https://prokickarchive.com/news/article/kickboxing-kids-first-event-in-2011">View this article</a></p>
