An all new Level 2 sparring class kicked off at the ProKick gym just last night (Wednesday). The new level 2 class started with a variation in rules from the Full-Contact kickboxing to low leg kickboxing style. Over the next six weeks the proKick students will go through blocks, counters and continuous sparring until they are comfortable enough to do 2x2 minute sparring session in the ring with four different opponents over the two rounds.
