In addition to that if you want a spar to kick-start the New Year we will have a separate class running in tandem so all are welcome to the 7pm class that's if you are up for an hour of non stop sparring tonight. Also advances beginners and yellow belters can join in on this class below at 6pm - it will be a fast moving class, finishing with a pad session.
