Well here it is: There is an open ProKick sparring class on Wednesday 16th December and it all starts at 6.30pm. The Wednesday 'Spar-A-Thon' is open to all ProKick members who would like to have a few rounds sparring in a well controlled environment. The Kickboxing Sparring MasterClass is open to all levels and all attendee non-competitors will have an added bonus in that even though they may enter the ring with a ProKick fighter, this time around the fighters aren’t permitted to hit back</p> <p><a href="https://prokickarchive.com/news/article/want-a-light-spar">View this article</a></p>
