Cries of delight and satisfaction right after a monster pads class at Northern Ireland's kickboxing school of excellence - 'ProKick' - Congratulations to all who finished the first 6 weeks at ProKick. These classes are designed specifically for the beginner. NOTE, Your new class, the Advanced Beginner's, will restart next Monday commencing at 7.30pm on Monday 9th June 2014.
