Advanced kickboxing beginners finish course and are ready to advance to the next level - ProKick Kickboxers who have all finished their beginner and advanced beginners course' can now attempt to move up to the next level and try for 'yellow belt' which is the first level on the kickboxing ladder of excellence. Adults from any of the 'ProKick' advanced beginners classes are eligible to sit the grade on Sunday April 10th.

Advance beginners from the Tuesday 7.45pm class or any other Advanced Beginners who have finhed the course will remain in this time slot along and can also train in their additional class on Thursday at 8.15pm until further notice.

if you are an advance beginner who would like to attempt a grade then please contact us by - phone, email, your next class or see your instructor.

Grading starts 3.30pm Sunday 10th April please arrive before 3.15pm to complete registration.

Furthermore if you have no interest to grade then please sign up for another 6week advanced beginners course. The Yellow belt cost is £20 which covers grading test, certificate, licence/passport and belt.

Photo's of the grading will be posted after completion on 10thy April.

A grading is when KickBoxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing.
This type of achievement would take, on average, between six and eight years.
