ProKick member Bailie McClinton with one of his team mates David Filer sparring at ProKick HQ at tonight's mixed Level 1 & 2 sparring course for beginners. A group of mixed level ProKick students all made their way back from the Christmas and New year break for some more intense kickboxing training and continued on their sparring course from where they left off. Although some found it a little tougher than they remembered. All those Christmas choccies maybe??
