ProKick members Darren McMullan and Paul Curry sparring on the fourth week of ProKick HQ's level 1 sparring course. Darren and Paul were just 2 of the 20 ProKick members of various levels who decided to take their training a little further and experience the contact side of the sport. This was not a fighter's course, but an instructional sparring class. The course is open to any ProKick member who has completed their 6 week beginner's course.
