Level 1 sparring course members Jamie Stinson and Peter O'Sullivan being instructed by ProKick Head coach Billy Murray. The two members were part of a new course that started on Thursday 16th February 2012 at ProKick HQ to learn the contact aspect of the sport. They were joined in teh class by members of the levels 2 & 3 courses who helped their team mates and went over some of the basic sparring technique they have been learning over the past 12 weeks.
